SHDHS ACT Payment Form

  • This test is being offered to Juniors and Seniors for a discounted rate of $50.00
  • Payment is due by October 1st, 2022. (See online payment link below.)
  • We will also accept a check payable to SHDHS. Students can bring the check to the main office in the care of Connie Cornett, SHDHS Business Manager.
  • Reminders about what to bring and logistics about the October 18th test will be sent to Juniors and Seniors the week before the test date.
